How do I succeed and reach my goals on your program?

I will provide you with the tools needed to succeed and will be there every step of the way to guide you through the process but reaching your goals is ultimately up to you.

What is the process after I fill out the application for One on One Training?

Once you submit the application, you will receive an email from myself after I review the application to set up a virtual meeting.

How are you different from other one on one fitness coaches?

My program first focuses on changing your mindset! We work together to change how you think about your body and you learn how to treat your body.  Once you regain control of your body again, you will reach your fitness goals!

Do you have to belong to a gym to do your workout program?

No! We come up with a plan that fits YOUR lifestyle whether that be working out in a gym, at home or a hotel if you travel.  My program focuses more on weight training to get you the best results so we will work together to decide what equipment is needed.

Do you offer nutritional guidance or meal plans?

Yes! My One on One Coaching plans include both a fitness and nutrition plan that works for you.

How do your payments and refunds work?

Payments are discussed during the virtual meeting when we go over your needs and goals to see if my program is the right fit for you.  This is a 100% commitment with no refunds.
